Damaged or Incorrect Items
We are sorry to hear your nappies or wipes have arrived damaged or incorrect. We always aim to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. Please send us an email at support@snugglesbaby.com.au, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Snuggle Return & Refund Policy

At Snuggle, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure you and your little one are happy with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order confirmation or receipt for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us with a photo of the item and your order details.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packs of nappies or wipes unless they are defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@snugglesbaby.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
